Science Warehouse is seeking to recruit an experienced Platform Support Lead into this key role within its Operations Support team to ensure the availability, planning and management of our outsourced hosted infrastructure. Science Warehouse is one of the fastest growing companies in the e-business sector providing online-based spend management solutions to a wide range of public and private sector organisations.

As part of this role you will:

• Be responsible for the live environment and manage the impact of changes with our Development team and Internet Service Provider

• Be ultimately responsible for uptime of our web infrastructure around the clock, getting the best from it and pre-empting potential issues

• Devise and produce appropriate Key Performance Indicators to assist the management team in directing the business

• Databases – especially Oracle

• Capacity Planning

Salary is between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
