Hours of operation
The Helpdesk is available for technical enquiries on Mondays to Fridays from 09:00 - 17:30 hours GMT/BST, except UK public holidays. Outside of these times, support calls can be logged via email or voice mail. All calls logged outside of hours will be dealt with on the next working day.
How to log a support call
Contact the Helpdesk by phone on +44 (0) 113 383 0999 or e-mail at support@sci-ware.com. Please have the following details available:
- Name
- Organisation
- Contact telephone number
- Contact e-mail address
- Details of query
Your details will be logged and a unique ticket number will be allocated which will be used in all contacts regarding your call through to resolution.
