Bryn has been a driving force behind the Science Warehouse e-catalogue. He's worked closely with customers over the last 8 years to deliver breakthrough solutions matching their needs. He is a Cambridge graduate with a PhD from Leeds University.
"I work closely with both purchasing organisations and suppliers. This includes coordinating implementation projects, development requirements and catalogue data management."
James Hull - Support Manager
James has worked with a wide range of customers supporting their e-catalogue implementations. His development skills also make a vital contribution to our product offering. Science Warehouse is widely recognised for its support and responsiveness and James is responsible for managing the customer support process within the business.
"My role involves providing support to both customers and within the business. For example, I'm also responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance of the company's quality processes."
Dave Garthwaite - Senior Developer
During his years at Science Warehouse Dave's expertise and innovation have been key to development of the company's software. This has included the creation and ongoing development of the transactional platform as well as technologies for effective processing of catalogue data.
"Our aim in the development team is to respond effectively to customers' challenges. Our technology architecture allows us to create innovative solutions in a cost and time efficient manner".
